1) One on One Interviews

2) Professional Project Management

Each project will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager that will be the main contact for the customer throughout the implementation process. The project manager will create a project plan for the implementation and will share and communicate key dates and milestones with all the stakeholders. This is a key step in insuring proper communication with the customer throughout the process and helps improve the overall efficiency of the implementation process.

3) Getting the Data out of your Old System

Most systems provide a way for the practice to extract an electronic copy of their data but the process varies from one system to the other.

4) Data Cleansing and Migration

Prepare the data for migration into the ACOM Health System (Data Cleansing and Cleanup).

5) Hardware & Network Consultation

ACOM provides recommendations regarding Hardware/Network questions to ensure optimum functionality of the software.

6) System Configuration – Part 1

Configure Practice Management (Billing/Scheduling) Software based on Clients completed Questionnaire
