Mr. Firmin is General Manager of ACOM’s Healthcare Business Division. Mr. Firmin joined ACOM through the company’s acquisition of Formula One Systems, of which he was a principal with responsibility for revenue growth. He has over 20 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in software businesses serving diverse industries. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in England with a B.A. degree in Business Administration; earning his M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems at GA State University.

Mr. Mikhail joined ACOM in 1993 as a sales account executive, rapidly progressing to regional manager, and subsequently holding positions as director of sales in several of the company’s divisions. Currently he manages sales for the Healthcare Business Division. Mr. Mikhail is a graduate of Long Beach State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems.

Edward J. Kennedy
Founder and Chairman
Mr. Kennedy founded ACOM in 1983 after service as a national sales manager at Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Kennedy began his career with Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation, later holding positions with Xerox, Boise-Cascade, Vydec Information Systems and System Development Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and did graduate work at the University of Denver and Stanford.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McMahon joined ACOM in 1997 following several years as Chief of Operations at Strategic Mortgage Services, a $120 million provider of software solutions and information processing services. Earlier, he had been President of Automated Processing & Development Corp, a software development and systems integration firm. Mr. McMahon graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. degree in Business Administration, subsequently earning an M.B.A. at UCLA.
Steven R. Snider
Controller, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Snider joined ACOM in 1993, following 12 years as an accounting manager with Petrolane, Incorporated, an oil exploration and producing company. In his current position, he manages all financial aspects of the company’s operations. Mr. Snider holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from Long Beach State University.

Mr. Torano has over 25 years of international executive experience in operations, business planning, sales and marketing in the technology sector. Before joining ACOM, Mr. Torano was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VillageEdocs. Prior to VillageEdocs, he served as Chief Operating Officer of ADOS Corporation and FormScape, Inc.. Mr. Torano held various Sales and Marketing leadership positions at IBM for twenty years in its Mainframe, Networking and PC business units.
